		<description>I would play it like so, 1 being low E and following numbers indicating fret:

1 - 0
2 - 3
3 - 5
4 - 5
5 - 4
6 - 3

As I understand it, the inversion just indicates which note of the triad is the base, so the first inversion would indicate E needs to be the bass note as it is in the above case.
